Returns policy
Exchange – return – replacement of products
Changes and returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in perfect condition, not used or worn, the tag must not have been removed and must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Products can be returned with the courier company ACS. At the Filothei Artas address, at no charge to the customer. If the customer wishes to ship the products with a different company, then he bears the shipping costs himself. In this case, the new product will be sent free of charge.
Cyprus: the costs of returning the product and the shipping costs of the new product are entirely borne by the customer.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased from our online store and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product shipment
In the event that the order is proven to be executed incorrectly on the part of the company, i.e. in the event of delivery of a product other than the one ordered by type or quantity, you have the right to request its replacement with the originally ordered product or with another product up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish.
In this case, the costs of returning the original product and sending the new one are borne by the company.
2. Product manufacturing defect
In the event that upon delivery the item is damaged completely or for the most part or in the event that the item is found to be defective you have the right to request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish. The product must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by a retail receipt or purchase invoice.

In this case, the costs of returning the original product and sending the new one(s) are borne by the company.
3. Product change
In case you wish to change the product you have purchased from our online store, you must fill in the product change – return form, which you will find inside the product’s packaging and follow the detailed instructions indicated in it. 4. Retreat
You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged) and to request a refund of the price you have paid or the issuance of a credit coupon of a value corresponding to the price paid and lasting 1 year, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, who can choose any courier company he/she wishes. The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and completed within 10 working days. Once completed by us we will inform you via email.
Product changes that have been purchased from our online store can also be made directly in any of our physical stores, with products of the current season, always bringing along the purchase document.
